Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all ranch-authentic tags and labels are still intact.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at the ranch, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
